The OCEAN team is delighted that OCEAN is being expanded to collect clinical activity data from general practitioners (GPs). Led by A/Prof Marguerite Tracy, this stream will explore the feasibility of the OCEAN methods for use by GPs, examine GP clinical activity in Australia and help inform the future development of a nationally representative dataset comparable to the historic BEACH study. The OCEAN-GP stream is supported by the Australian General Practice Research Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the RACGP.

The study will launch later this year.
